Delivery of your Precision Electric Golf Trolley and Spares
We use DHL, UPS and Royal Mail for our deliveries. UK Mainland only.
Islands including N.I. will have to pay extra please contact us for extra
charge. We expect our customers to leave a contact number (mobile is ideal), so
as any delivery driver having difficulty can contact the customer direct.
This saves time and convenience for customer, driver, and us for re-arranging
delivery. Few courier companies will only attempt twice before re-charging
the customer, but it has happened. Accessories, spares are usually mailed
separately by First Class Royal Mail.
Delivery times
Under normal circumstances our delivery times are one working day if ordered
before 11am. this means other than bank holidays UK and Scotland including
weekends if ordered before 11am you should receive you electric golf trolley the
next day.
Accepting Goods
When receiving your electric golf trolley please check to see if the box is
damaged in any way, if it is, please tell the delivery driver you want to sign
for damaged delivery. Please ensure you check your electric golf trolley accessories or other goods for any damage or defects immediately on
delivery. We should be informed within 24 hours of any defective or
damaged items. The item/s should be sent back to us within 7 working days of
receipt and should be returned complete with its original packaging. If
the goods are found to be damaged or defective on delivery to you, you must
inform the delivery agent / driver that there is damage - please sign "goods
received damaged" |
