Making A Purchase Making a purchase by browsing to our purchase page, then click on buy.  You will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to place the order.
You may send your credit card information via the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encrypted Internet site.
PLEASE NOTE that pictures, diagrams are for guidance only.

Please also note that orders CANNOT be collected as we supply on behalf of the wholesale company.

Shipping And Handling MAINLAND UK
All deliveries on Internet sales will be within mainland UK. Charge for postage and packaging is £19.95 at any UK mainland destination.  Should you request delivery out with the mainland UK please contact us for a postal quotation
If you require delivery to an address other than the registered cardholder's address please supply the shipping address details when you place your order at the checkout.

Delivery Schedule Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt Monday to Friday or on the next business day during the weekend and public holidays.
STANDARD DELIVERY orders usually take 3-5 business days.
 All orders will be delivered either by a national carrier or Royal Mail.
 INTERNATIONAL OVERSEAS Please email your enquiry to us at office@ElectricCaddy.co.uk and we will quote delivery costs to your location.

Damaged or defective goods 
Please ensure you check your goods for any damage immediately on delivery.  We should be informed within 24 hours of any defective or damaged items. The item/s should be sent back to us within 7 days of receipt and should be returned complete with its original packaging.
If the goods are found to be damaged or defective prior to delivery to you, we will replace the faulty part free of charge.

Guarantee and Warranty  We guarantee your satisfaction. We aim to meet obligation subject to the provisions of our policy.   Subject to the goods being returned for warranty the trolleys are covered by a 12 month guarantee.  First six months are covered by the manufacturer's warranty for parts and labour and the next six months a labour warranty. Warranty is not covered for goods which have been altered, damaged or misused, neglected, this will be determined after examination of the returned goods.  If the goods are found to be defective, we will replace the faulty part free of charge within the warranty period.  Goods must be returned to us at the customers expense, where possible, in it's original packaging and with the sales number, invoice and customer name.  We will repair and return with the normal postage cost .

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.  If you have any questions/comments about privacy, you should email us.  Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfill customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes

Returns Policy You have the right to cancel your order within 28 days from the day after the goods are received. Subject to the goods being returned unused and packed as delivered from us
 We expect you to return the item at your own cost,.  We will ensure we make a refund to you within 30 days of the date of cancellation. If we have not received the item, or if you wish us to collect the item
we reserve the right to deduct the cost of P&P, plus the transaction cost of  before making a refund.
 You must notify us beforehand of your intention to return an item or items by email or fax, and the reason for the return.
 You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us.  Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working days cooling-off period, we
cannot refund the postage charge for the delivery of that item.
 We have taken great care to illustrate our products as clearly as possible. However, due to manufacturer changes to products, pictures shown may vary slightly from the actual product.

Complaints - Please contact us immediately so we may speedily and fairly deal with the matter. We endeavor to reply to any e-mail / complaint within 7 working days, with a timescale and procedure on how to continue. Customer services can be contacted YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS ARE NOT AFFECTED
